The Family Court has issued a restraining order under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act

When a father behaved violently towards his children on two occasions and when it emerged from all the investigations before the court that the father’s behavior was not an isolated incident but was part of a form of behavior that the father uses towards his children in daily life.

Due to the decision given under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act in which the Honorable Justice Weizmann removed the father from the residence for a period of more than 30 days, the Honorable Justice Weizmann states as follows: It is impossible to prevent disputes between the father and his son and occasionally these reached physical push in some circumstances, however the event n question included an act and of taking the son’s electric guitar and smashing it on the floor of the room.

The court refers the parties to the welfare services and even requests the recommendation of the welfare services regarding the possibility of extending the deportation order for a period of three months. He also asks the court for recommendations from the welfare services regarding the possibility of setting conditions regarding the return of the father to his home after the period of restraining order with receiving treatment or guidance.
